Once up the stairs and inside, you'll find the cottage has all the essentials for you to make yourself at home and relax on the grounds or explore the vibrant neighborhood. A efficient kitchen, dining room and well-equipped bedroom invites you to leave your worries at the door and embrace Old Florida cottage living.

Outside, the spacious grounds, garden, shaded seating areas, laundry area and thoughtfully placed amenities are shared with the guests from the main home and lower cottage, if these happen to be booked during your stay. As you drift throughout the property, you'll find cozy corners all throughout this outdoor haven, which includes a heated tank pool, a new barrel sauna and more.
