Our home is walking distance to Historic downtown Lake Worth and just a 5 min drive to Lake Worth Beach. You're also 10 minute drive from Downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Delray Beach and more! You're in walking distance to the artistic and adorable downtown, filled with lively restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and more. Generally, Lake Worth Beach is very calm. Immediate neighbors to Lake Worth are Boynton, Delray and West Palm Beach.

You'll have access to the entire property during your stay, including all three bedrooms, kitchen, office, living room, patio, and backyard. The driveway includes parking for two vehicles plus additional free street parking in front of the property.

The interior of this sleekly designed house features three cozy bedrooms, two with queen beds and a studio attached to the master bedroom featuring a single bed. The living room area has a wide, super comfortable couch that can seat four plus a plush rug and a stylish corner chair. There is also a large, 55" TV and games for everyone to play while hanging out. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all the gear to make great memories prepping meals together, with a table that seats three and two barstools just off the kitchen counter. Towards the back of the house, a chill, peaceful office overlooks the backyard palm trees and landscaping. This room also houses the washer/dryer in the attached closet.

Upon exiting the back door, you'll step on to a spacious patio with a luxury pool, hot tub, tulum-style outdoor dinner table, umbrella, a chic hammock, a grill, outdoor games, and more. Plenty of green grass, palm trees, and landscaping will surround you, giving off tropical vibes wherever you go. Our luxury pool is top-of-the-line, with beds, tanning shelfs, a waterfall and a sloped depth ranging from 1 ft to 8 ft.

We're also pleased to offer concierge and other experiences to enhance your stay through our concierge site, The Host Co. A link to the site is available in the guidebook that will be emailed to you after booking. We are also available to guests throughout your stay, just a text or call away and always happy to help :)

Local roads are mostly uncrowded and easy to navigate by car. Walking distance to Lake Worth Train station, this local train goes all the way to Miami. You can also access the incredible express Brightline train which runs express from West Palm Beach to Miami. Brightline train service is now available to Orlando.

Circuit, an electric eco-friendly ride service launched in March 2024 goes from 6th Ave S to 7th Ave N, downtown Lake Worth and all the way to Lake Worth Beach. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
